Now is the Time!

Hello dear friends,

Anyone else dragging their feet into fall? There is so much to love about this season we have just entered but I have to admit that I was clinging to summer! But as I write this I am looking out my window at a small bird hopping on wet rocks in a gentle drizzle and something in my heart has just opened to this cozy season.

Fall is a wonderful time for family photos. The changing leaves, overcast skies, and fall tones make for a beautiful backdrop. Also, I know it seems so far away, but if you plan to have new photos for holiday cards this year, October and early November are the most optimal times.

I only have a few weekend openings in October and November, so please reach out ASAP! I also have various weekdays available for those who can swing it.

I have two package options for fall family sessions!

• 90 minute portrait session with 50 edited images - $825

• 45 minute portrait session with 20 edited images - $625

90 minute sessions are my preferred way of working with families because it allows for a relaxed environment with room for warming up, play, and exploration. This is also the best kind of session if you’d like to create an album or have images that reflect the way your family naturally interacts and spends time together.

However, I know that some of you may simply be hoping to get that beautiful portrait for holiday cards, so I wanted to offer another option. The second option will give you 45 minutes with me where we can prioritize portraits of the entire family and each member.

All sessions include a consultation with me to discuss wardrobe, location, and goals. You can expect images to be delivered 2-3 weeks after the session.
